CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: 01 January 2025

This Cancellation Policy applies to Bakory.

Order Cancellation by Customer

1. Customers may request the cancellation of an order before it has been processed or packed for dispatch.
2. Because our single-millet bakery items are freshly baked and prepared for prompt delivery, once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Order Cancellation by Bakory

Bakory reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

1. Product unavailability or stock out
2. Pricing, product description, or technical errors
3. Payment verification failure
4. Suspected fraudulent transactions
5. Non-serviceable shipping locations or incomplete delivery address

In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation Process

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately:

1. Email: support@bakory.in

Please provide the following details:

1. Order ID
2. Customer Name
3. Registered Mobile Number
4. Reason for Cancellation

Our support team will verify your order status and confirm whether the cancellation is approved.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before processing/dispatch:

1. Prepaid refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.
2. Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
3. Actual bank processing times may vary depending on your bank or UPI service provider.
4. If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) and has not been dispatched, the order will be cancelled without any monetary refund process.

Important Notes

1. Orders that have already been shipped or handed over to the delivery partner cannot be cancelled.
2. Custom, bulk, or personalized gift hamper orders cannot be cancelled once preparation or baking has commenced.
3. Promotional or limited-time flash offer products may not be eligible for cancellation after order confirmation.
