At Bakory, we value your privacy and provide every customer with the option to permanently delete their account and associated personal information.

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account directly from the Bakory mobile application or platform.

Steps

1. Open the Bakory App / Website.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Open Settings.
5. Tap Delete Account.
6. Confirm the deletion request.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.

What Data Will Be Deleted

The following information will be permanently deleted from our active systems:

1. User Profile
2. Name
3. Email Address
4. Mobile Number
5. Saved Shipping Addresses
6. Saved Billing Addresses
7. Wishlist / Saved Items
8. Active Cart Items
9. Snacking & Dietary Preferences
10. Account Settings & History

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws or for legitimate business operations, including:

1. Order Purchase History
2. Invoice & Billing Records
3. Payment Transaction History
4. Tax Records
5. Return, Replacement & Refund Records
6. Information required for fraud prevention
7. Information required for legal, regulatory, and food safety compliance

Deletion Timeline

Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your account deletion request.
