4. Products and Pricing

1. We offer 100% millet-based snacks, including Millet Cookies, Protein Bars, Millet Chips & Chikki Chips, Seed Mixtures & Crackers, and Millet Laddoos.
2. Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products, packaging, and colors may slightly vary due to photography, batch production, natural ingredient shifts, or screen resolution.
3. Net weights, piece counts, and ingredient ratios may have minor natural manufacturing variations.
4. Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST/taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

5. Product Freshness & Quality Assurance

Bakory is committed to providing authentic, high-quality, artisan-baked goods.

1. All products are manufactured and packed following strict food safety and hygiene standards.
2. Products come with clearly marked shelf-life, manufacturing, and expiry/best-before dates on the packaging.
3. Storage instructions provided on the packaging must be strictly followed by the customer to ensure freshness and shelf-life integrity.

6. Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to product availability and verification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Accepted payment methods include:

6. Cash on Delivery (selected locations only)

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

7. Shipping and Delivery

1. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
2. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner serviceability.
3. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
4. As our products are perishable food items, customers are required to ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order promptly.

8. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

2. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food items, returns are generally not accepted unless the product delivered is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

9. Quality & Handling Disclaimers

We ensure secure packaging, but as food items, they require proper care:

1. Bakory is not liable for product spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery (e.g., exposure to heat, moisture, or failure to reseal packaging).
2. Customers with specific food allergies must review the ingredients list on the packaging prior to consumption. Bakory is not responsible for adverse allergic reactions.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Violate any applicable laws.
2. Submit false information.
3. Use the Platform for fraudulent purposes.
4. Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
5. Interfere with the Platform's functionality.
6. Upload malicious software or harmful content.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on Bakory, including:

1. Logos and Brand Names
2. Images and Product Photographs
3. Graphics and Videos
4. Product Recipes, Descriptions, and Packaging Designs
5. Website Design, Icons, and Text

is the exclusive property of Bakory or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Bakory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

1. Use of the Platform
2. Product usage or improper storage post-delivery
3. Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics partners
4. Technical interruptions or pricing errors

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total monetary value of the product purchased by you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bakory its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
